Researching & Analysing
At CMD we learn how to research trends and how to analyse them to think of a new concept.
Visual design & Sketching
Visual design is important for recognisability and clarity. Sketching is important to make proces and to think further. 'Sketch thinking' is a skill that CMD teaches me. You sketch and keep sketching so that you keep coming up with new ideas.
Critical thinking
CMD teaches me to always think and look critical at everything you make so you keep improving yourself as a designer.
Game & 3D modeling
Game building and 3D modeling using programs such as Unity, Cinema4D and blender.
HTML, CSS & Javascript
Basic website building is taught at CMD. HTML, CSS & Javascript codes are used to build websites.
Machine learning, Databases & Algorithm
Machine learning using databases is something you can use to predict. With the prediction you can for example, make a website to help a certain target audience.
Adobe Creative Coud programmes
Programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Animate and Audition have become very important for me as a designer to make everything. I taught myself how to use the programs.
